About Urban Counsellor
Urban Counsellor is an online, female-only postpartum practice built for Indian mothers. We combine RCI-licensed counselling, lactation support and postpartum physiotherapy in private 45-minute video sessions.
Why we exist
Postpartum depression affects roughly one in five Indian mothers, yet routine postnatal care rarely screens for it. Stigma, joint-family pressure and travel with a newborn keep most mothers from getting help. Online, confidential, female-led care removes those barriers.
